Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our complex Cloud migration project across the UK&I. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing and managing high-impact transformative projects, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of a complex Cloud migration project using Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Take ownership and lead in understanding the purpose of the migration and what success looks like for our customers.
  • Manage and lead the migration teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage senior-level internal customer relationships.
  • Be a critical thinker and problem solver, comfortable challenging assumptions and making decisions.
  • Provide guidance and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle.
  • Ensure effective communication and interfaces with all internal departments.
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet established standards.
  • Manage project risk effectively and take responsibility for the management of the project risk and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and achieve desired business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Project Management experience, preferably gained from managing IT (software) projects.
  • Proven experience of working with a project management methodology such as PRINCE2.
  • Experience with Agile or other iterative project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
  • Successful delivery managing migration projects.
  • Demonstrable high-level of communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of commercial decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships.
  • Experience of working with Project management tools and platforms.
