Austin Fraser is a leading healthcare provider offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team in London.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead the clinical operations of a low secure rehabilitation and recovery facility for males aged 18 years and older. This exceptional mental health service provides 24-hour specialist care and support for individuals with enduring mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery, collaborating with the Hospital Director and multidisciplinary team to shape the hospital's strategy, and providing leadership, decision-making, and guidance across nursing and therapy teams.
This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum DOE, as well as benefits including:
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
