Job Opportunity:

The NET Recruit team is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Executive to join their dedicated team in the Guildford area. This role is crucial to the everyday operations of the business, ensuring assigned accounts are optimized and customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate new products and features to clients, aligning them with their business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, utilizing tools such as the telephone and customer support software to find effective resolutions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to the service.
  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of the service and systems to support client understanding and provide tailored training sessions.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in client relationship and account management within a B2B context. Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools is essential. The successful candidate will be a diligent and approachable individual with excellent communication skills, able to build meaningful relationships with clients. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems are also required. The ability to work cohesively as part of a team and provide effective problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
