Job Title: Apprentice Field Service Engineer

Finning International is seeking a skilled and motivated Apprentice Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Apprentice Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to clients, including diagnosing and repairing equipment issues.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice trained engineer or formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred) with experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment.
  • Heavy Earth Moving equipment operating knowledge.
  • LDV driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
