The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating security policies to protect data, ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

  1. Lead risk management by implementing and assessing strategies to address security vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with laws and standards, including overseeing ISO27001 implementation.
  2. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver security training, monitor compliance and report to senior management.
  3. Partner with IT, Legal, Security and Compliance teams to align security initiatives with organisational objectives, communicating risks and strategies to senior management.

A strong understanding of ISO27001 and GDPR is essential for this role. Additionally, leadership qualities such as decision-making under pressure are also crucial.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary in excess of £70,000 per annum, pension, healthcare and holiday allowance starting at 24-26 days per annum. Our employee benefits programme includes discounts for various retailers, cycle to work scheme, and Employee Assistance Programme.
