Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in the insurance industry?

We are seeking an Insurance Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our claims resolution team, you will play a vital role in resolving customer queries and disputes in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers to ensure resolutions of queries within agreed timelines;
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective query management and swift payment recovery;
  • Daily communication with customers to resolve non-payment queries for various insurance policies;
  • Weekly query management analysis and reporting to senior managers;
  • Contributing to project initiatives by sharing knowledge and ideas and providing feedback to enhance team performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in reducing debt through query management;
  • The ability to identify data quality issues and errors in reporting and data analysis;
  • A strong understanding of insurance concepts and principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,500 (up to £29,000 in London) depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for a bonus opportunity of 6% of your annual salary, based on individual performance and company results. We also offer a generous pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and discounts on Aviva products.
