This role involves overseeing daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring seamless delivery of hard and soft FM services to high-profile clients. The successful candidate will possess exceptional experience in people management, process implementation, and day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Ownership of day-to-day operations, including daily management of Pareto teams and specialist service partners, covering all core functions within management, front-of-house, cleaning, security, engineering, H&S management, postroom, catering, and ancillary services.">
  • Weekly operational briefings with the client representative to explain operational challenges and opportunities across the portfolio, documented and shared with key stakeholders.">
  • Completion of monthly management reports covering all services across all sites, extending to quarterly strategic reviews delivered to senior stakeholders.">
  • Full accountability for understanding baseline contracts and ensuring base services are delivered without exception, reporting weekly/monthly/quarterly to meet contract requirements.">
  • Acting as the senior point of decision making for the team and key point of escalation to ensure the client is free to manage at a strategic level.">
  • Completion of HR-related tasks, including appraisals, salary reviews, and disciplinary procedures.">
  • Managing core sub-contractors effectively, ensuring they operate in line with specifications and deliver value for money.">
  • Completing quarterly audit reviews with core sub-contractors, including SLA scoring.">
  • Providing support for large-scale projects across the portfolio.">

Essential Criteria

  • Suitable, recent, and relevant FM experience">
  • A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent.">
  • Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all service lines">
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills">
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills">
  • Strong IT skills">
  • Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative">
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment">
  • Comfortable challenging poor standards or behaviour and implementing change">
  • Ability to work co-operatively with others to complete tasks and implement process improvements.">
  • Multi-site FM management experience preferred">

Salary: £55K (dependent on experience)
