Key Responsibilities
  • Approach customers in the station concourse to offer assistance with purchasing tickets and recommending best routes
  • Proactively assist customers with self-service machines, ensuring they purchase the correct ticket for their journey and coaching them on how to use the machine
  • Use various technologies and perform routine maintenance on ticket vending machines
  • Be flexible and adaptable, taking on a variety of tasks to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure the station meets quality and safety standards
