Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our recruitment agency and new gym launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract clients and candidates for our recruitment agency's temporary worker placements.
    • Drive brand awareness and engagement through various channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and events.
  • Marketing Campaign Management
    • Manage budgets and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Gym Launch Marketing
    • Lead the marketing initiatives for the launch of our new gym, including developing launch campaigns, organizing events, and driving membership sign-ups.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the recruitment and fitness industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Education
    • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
