Fragrance Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Adviser to join our team at Superdrug. As a Fragrance Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on perfumes and fragrances.

• Provide expert advice on perfumes and fragrances to customers
• Work at the fragrance counter to deliver excellent service and encourage add-on sales
• Ensure the fragrance counter and wider store is well merchandised and presented
• Support the management team to achieve store targets
• Have the opportunity to be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store (optional)

• Experience or interest in fragrance
• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills in fragrance
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided) (optional)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
