Learning Disabilities Service Director

At Purosearch Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Learning Disabilities Service Director to oversee the delivery of specialized care services to individuals with learning disabilities in the Oxford area. The successful candidate will lead a team of compassionate professionals and maintain high standards of care. As a PBS Care Manager Lead, you will utilize your expertise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to develop, implement, and monitor strategies tailored to individual service users' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team to foster a culture of person-centered care and support.
- PBS Implementation: Utilize your expertise in Positive Behaviour Support to develop, implement, and monitor PBS strategies.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individualized care plans.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The salary for this position is approximately £46,000 per annum, and benefits include a competitive package and opportunities for professional development and growth.
