Executive Assistant to Managing Director and Head of Operations

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Head of Operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global consulting firm based in the City, offering a competitive hybrid model, excellent benefits, and a culture that values long-term training and development.
The role will involve providing administrative support on a 1:3 basis, as well as operational and marketing duties. A numerate head would be beneficial, as there is a focus on operational reporting. Discretion is key, as you will be privy to highly confidential information.
The ideal candidate will be a bright, calm, and team-oriented individual with excellent organisation skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment and possess the ability to adapt and flex when necessary.
