Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for working on diverse projects that demand a range of technical skills.
Your expertise will be put to the test as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize and eliminate production downtimes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are of the highest quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your proficiency in reading and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic drawings to diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers, sharing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections, identifying potential problems before they escalate.
- Keep meticulous records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering, apprenticeship, or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Multi Skilled Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
