We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleAs a Health and Safety Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting health and safety audits and investigations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular health and safety audits and inspections;
- Investigating incidents and near misses;
- Developing and implementing corrective actions;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports;
- Providing training and guidance to staff on health and safety procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We are willing to provide training and development opportunities to the right candidate.
