University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR Operations Team Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our HR team and ensuring the smooth delivery of recruitment and onboarding processes.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition and Medical Recruitment teams to implement efficient recruitment processes and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  1. Experience of managing a high-volume HR team and delivering on deadlines and KPIs.
  2. Knowledge of Home Office systems and policies related to employing and managing migrant workers.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to practice attention to detail and read and understand complex policy documents.
  5. Demonstrated experience of managing compliance and identifying and escalating risks.

The salary for this role is around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and minimum 35 days paid holiday (pro rata).
