Study Set Up Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Study Set Up Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Business Planning Distribution team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of study amendments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team-mailbox and individual task trackers to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
- Participate in daily meetings to discuss workload and risk, and proactively support completion of critical tasks.
- Develop and maintain a high level of competence and proficiency in all types of amendments to maintain an appropriate right first time metric.
- Support the training and onboarding of new starters in the team.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support investigations for any deviations from current process.
- GCSE or equivalent in relevant subjects.
- Computer literacy.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging and/or Regulatory Affairs is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and problem-solving skills.
