We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner Lead to join our team at NHS Jobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our theatre operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage theatre operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NHS standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient theatre operations.
- Monitor and evaluate theatre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to theatre staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Proven experience as a Theatre Practitioner Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of NHS policies and procedures, including theatre operations and patient safety.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
