The Corporate Co-ordinator position involves delivering first-line support to corporate account customers. This role entails handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Building relationships with key personnel
  • Fully understanding customer business requirements
  • Performing general administrative duties, including producing regular business reports

We require an individual who can adapt to a fast-paced environment, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate attention to detail. A high salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience) is offered, along with 20 days' holiday, Bank Holidays, and a flexible working policy.
