Bakery Trainee

This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced bakery environment. As a Bakery Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality baked goods, while also developing your skills in areas such as recipe development, ingredient management, and equipment operation.

1. Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
2. Develop and maintain knowledge of ingredients, recipes, and production processes.
3. Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and packaging machinery.
4. Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
5. Participate in quality control checks and contribute to the development of new recipes and products.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GCSE level C in Maths and English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
