Steelwork Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural/Secondary Steelwork Estimator to join our team at Steel Connexions Limited. This permanent role offers a good starting salary, negotiable depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pricing a range of steelwork projects, including stairs, balustrades, handrails, Juliet balconies, and canopies. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing on elements such as glass and timber.

This office-based role requires the candidate to live in or within commuting distance of Sheffield. In return, we offer a very good salary/package, a variety of interesting projects, and a chance to work in a well-established Steelwork Fabricator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing of steelwork projects, including complex structural components.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams to ensure accurate pricing and project delivery.
