About the Position:
- Deliver engaging lessons to students with high-functioning Autism, focusing on life skills development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized education plans.
- Support students in achieving their academic or vocational goals.
Requirements:
- A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
- Experience working with students with Autism, preferably in a post-16 setting.
- A strong understanding of Autism and effective support strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An estimated salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
