Job Title: Resident M&E Engineer

We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Greenwich site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting our client's site as the first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.
  • Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.
  • Confidently carrying out a range of mechanical tasks.
Requirements:
  • 18th edition or HVAC experience.
  • On the job experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.

Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays).
