Senior Catering Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Catering Engineer to join our team at Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our department, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of catering engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs of catering equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with the director team to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a catering engineer with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Full driving license and ability to commute around the Dorset area.
