Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Advanced Physiotherapy team as a first contact practitioner in Primary Care.

The successful candidate will work within several GP practices, providing expert MSK assessment and early intervention to MSK GP patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert MSK assessment and early intervention to MSK GP patients
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and red flag screening knowledge and experience
  • Participate in a comprehensive training programme to support settling into the GPAPP role
  • Collaborate with the West Lothian core MSK Physiotherapy service and secondary care colleagues
  • Have protected time each week to meet all four pillars of advanced practice and develop career opportunities
  • Prioritise staff well-being and organisation support
  • Participate in regular team meetings and social get-togethers
  • Consider flexible working hours
  • Enjoy great transport links and parking facilities
