We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Senior Technology management team as the Head of Information Security. This role reports directly to the Chief Architect and will be responsible for maintaining and developing our information security strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy, including risk assessments and security audits, to ensure the protection of our business and its assets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of security engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation to ensure their growth and development.

- Proven experience in a similar role, managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and build relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Relevant security certification (e.g., CISSP) is a plus.
