UI/UX Designer

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Prosperis, a leading Digital Agency. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality designs, conducting UX research, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering user-centered solutions for clients across various sectors.
  • Conducting UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Providing actionable insights to clients based on research and data, while advocating for UX best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of UX solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding other designers within the team to ensure high-quality outputs and professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate UX concepts and research findings to clients.
  • Critical thinking and a user-centric approach to design decisions.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and how to implement them in UI design.
  • Experience conducting unbiased UX research using various methods and delivering actionable insights.
