Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
