We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our client, a leading manufacturing company based in the Gloucestershire area, on a permanent basis.

• Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing machinery.
• Provide maintenance and repair services for a range of manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems and mechanical components.
• Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of electrical and mechanical systems to provide expert technical support.

• Proven experience as a Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
