Experienced Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bubble CiTea. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive company growth.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
