About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Library Supervisor to join our team at Queen Mary University of London. As a key member of our Library Frontline Services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to students and staff on library services and resources
- Manage and maintain the library's service points, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement library services and initiatives
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of library policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Enquiries team to resolve customer queries and issues
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in library services and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
