Regional Business Growth Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Regional Business Growth Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Group Careers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects and opportunities for warehousing and freight services in the Midlands region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing a comprehensive database of prospects on our CRM system
- Offering a consultative approach to new customers, ensuring that we are meeting their needs and providing the correct solutions
- Attending networking events and exhibitions to promote our business
- Preparing presentations, quotes, and monthly reports for the board
- Meeting individual targets and supporting the team to meet annual group targets
**Requirements:**
- A passionate and driven individual with excellent sales skills
- Experience in developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
**Salary and Benefits:**
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company car and pension scheme.
