As a key member of our wealth management and professional services group, you will be responsible for delivering financial planning and wealth management advice to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Building and developing trusted relationships with current and potential clients
* Managing a team of financial planners and providing support through their career development
* Monitoring team performance and ensuring the highest standard of service is provided to clients
* Executing the annual business plan in line with agreed individual targets
* Building new client relationships and maintaining and developing existing client relationships
* Structuring and leading client meetings in a professional manner
* Ensuring clients have the right advice to achieve their financial objectives
* Maintaining comprehensive client records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous experience within a financial planning/advisory role
* Experience of people management as a team leader/manager
* Experience of managing staff workload and providing mentoring, coaching, and support
* Experience of business development to external markets
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
