We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Bupa, a leading health insurer and provider. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our corporate clients' employees.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-leading global investment bank in Central London, providing high-quality therapeutic care to employees across a range of mental health conditions. You will work closely with our client to support mental health awareness and referrals, and provide a first point of clinical contact for employees with potential mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality therapeutic care, demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes.
- Ensure thorough assessments determine the most appropriate pathway of care and support for employees.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based interventions.
- Provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as required.
- Work at a client level to provide group psychoeducation, raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing.
- Accurately capture management information to support proactive tracking of trends and suggest support, training, and input into the corporate customer's overall wellbeing strategy.
- Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Health and Care Professions Council registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
- General adult mental health experience.
- Extensive post-qualification clinical experience from a clinical psychology practice with diverse and varied clinical experience.
- Experience of clinical management.
- Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops preferred.
