Our Approach

  • We cover a wide range of subjects, including core subjects like English, Maths, and Science, as well as specialist subjects like French and Business Studies up to GCSE level.
  • Our tutors develop customized learning plans for each student, ensuring their unique needs and goals are met.
  • We offer flexible options for tutoring, providing both online and in-person sessions to accommodate different accessibility and convenience needs.
  • We track student progress and provide regular reports to keep parents and clients informed about the student's improvements and areas that need attention.

What We're Looking For

  • Experienced educators who are skilled in building personalized education plans for KS2, KS3, and KS4 students.
  • Specialists in working with students who have special educational needs (SEN) or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
  • Subject specialists who have a deep understanding of the curriculum and can provide expert tuition.

Requirements

  • QTS/PGCE certification.
  • Previous experience working with SEN students is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo a check).
