SEN Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Secondary SEN Tutor, you will work closely with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), providing personalized support to help them thrive academically and personally.
About the Role- Deliver specialized lessons to secondary school students with ASD and ADHD, focusing on core subjects like English, Maths, and Science.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop effective Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Proven experience working with students with ASD and ADHD in a secondary school or tutoring setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, patience, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid QTS or PGCE qualification.
- Relevant SEN training or certifications.
- Competitive hourly rates of £20-£25.
