Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Taste Hospitality Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and reviewing the operation of our bakery and coffee shop in Winchester. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, maximising sales and minimising costs, maintaining excellent shop standards, and ensuring adherence to food safety and H&S legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplies to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control costs, including labour, stock, and overheads
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
