Mechanical Maintenance Expert for Facilities Management

PRS is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our site in Hertfordshire. As part of a tight-knit group consisting of 3 resident maintenance engineers, you will be responsible for assisting your colleagues in covering planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical and HVAC systems within our site.

Key responsibilities include carrying out maintenance and repairs to HVAC plant, pumps, fire sprinkler systems, boilers, hot & cold-water services, plumbing, etc., and minimizing downtime due to equipment failure. A competitive salary of £46,000 + benefits package is on offer, along with opportunities to boost earnings through overtime opportunities and standby payment.
