Elderly Support Lead

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Elderly Support Lead to join our team at Barchester. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents and providing exceptional care and support.
About the Role:
- Supervise a team of dedicated Care Assistants and lead by example
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
