About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our MEP division based in our Manchester office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on projects and taking ownership of the technical delivery and financial profitability of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive member of the MEP team, supporting with the day-to-day running of the electrical disciplines, working on multidisciplinary projects across a variety of building sectors.
  • Lead on projects and take responsibility for the technical delivery and financial profitability of the project.
  • Develop relationships with clients, project managers, and architects and actively identify opportunities for other disciplines to become involved in projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification at HNC, HND, Bachelors, or Masters and ideally chartered status.
  • Proven experience working as a Principal or Senior Electrical Engineer with a track record of working within the UK on a range of mainstream building services projects.
  • Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit, and IES/Amtech.
