Join Our Team as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a talented Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Exeter, as part of our 2025 Graduate Programme. As a key member of our collaborative design team in Leeds, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions for water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of complex engineering projects, particularly on pump hydraulics, valve selection, piping systems, and related equipment.
  • Be involved in the whole project lifecycle, from front-end engineering design through to detailed design, installation, and construction support.
  • Work on a range of projects across the UK, with a strong focus on serving Yorkshire Water frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Keen interest in the water industry.
  • Ability to work 4 days a week in the office, with sufficient time for team collaboration and support.
