Lead Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team in Somerset. As a key member of the data-driven initiatives, you will lead a talented team, manage critical organisational reporting, and make a significant impact across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor the Data Analyst, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of organisational reporting.
  • Oversee the Microsoft Fabric Data Platform, aligning it with the organisation's needs and supporting key strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports, including executive and board-level reporting, applying advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure reporting aligns with organisational goals.
  • Promote continuous improvement in data analytics, advocating best practices and staying current with emerging technologies.
