Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care and support to patients with complex needs.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
Requirements
To be successful as a Staff Nurse, you will need:
- Significant post-registration experience (2 years) in a healthcare setting.
- Registration on Sub Part 1, 8 of NMC RSCN/Child Branch.
- A community nursing qualification (desirable).
- An assessment qualification (desirable).
