We are seeking a skilled professional

Circet UK is a leading provider of specialist services to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with knowledge of civils and cabling activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out joint site meetings with clients and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Survey and mark up all existing services within the work area.
  • Identify where DFEs are required and update job notes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the office and Project Manager.
  • Carry out daily toolbox audits and safety audits with direct staff.
  • Carry out Safe to Start audits before a job can commence.
  • Carry out in-progress audits and coach operatives on site.
  • Carry out gate checks on gangs as they leave the yard.

Requirements:

  • Experience and a strong understanding of the SROH.
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecoms/civils industry.
  • IT skills to liaise with group works control.
  • An understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing.
  • Experience of demonstrating good communication skills and prioritizing works effectively.
  • Comfortable and confident working to tight timescales effectively.
  • Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.
  • Experience of implementing, following, and amending procedures for service delivery as dictated by the client.
