About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our pupils, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teaching and learning process, working with pupils who require additional support
  • Assist teachers in the planning and preparation of lessons, including adapting materials to meet the needs of individual pupils
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and engagement of all pupils
