Security Operative

We're seeking a highly skilled Security Operative to join our Resort Safety team at Butlin's. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Your primary responsibilities will include controlling access to our resort and venues, confirming the rights of guests to access different areas, and assisting with enquiries and problem-solving. You'll also be responsible for patrolling the resort and venues to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
Additionally, you'll need to conduct intermittent checks on outgoing vehicles and report any irregularities or incidents. This role requires flexibility, including nighttime work and variable hours.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need to hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License, a valid UK driving license, and a valid First Aid Qualification. Previous experience in a security-related role is desirable, but not essential.
