Key Responsibilities- Recruit, lead, and manage a team of surveyors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate Surveying Services into existing Marsh services, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Assess project and operational costs associated with different development options and provide recommendations based on cost-effectiveness and potential return on investment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to surveying services and incorporate them into the development and delivery of services.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to promote surveying services, generate leads, and expand revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as surveying, engineering, or a related discipline with RICS or similar professional status.
- Proven surveying services experience in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to insurance surveying services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
