About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our team at OLIVER. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers to produce high-quality, engaging, and impactful work for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, artwork, and production. You will be a creative leader who can inspire your team while delivering brilliant work.

You will be responsible for generating and maintaining effective working relationships with senior client stakeholders, communicating progress, concerns, and solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of the client's marketing strategy, business problems, and target audiences to deliver high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. You will be open to attending sustainability training and staying up-to-date with the latest research and reading on sustainability issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of designers to produce high-quality work
  • Manage the OLIVER team on-site studio and help the team elevate their creative output
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle across digital and social platforms
  • Communicate progress, concerns, and solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and reading on sustainability issues
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, artwork, and production
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
