Job Title: Senior Academic Leader in Physiotherapy Education

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Academic Leader to join our team at Coventry University. As a Senior Academic Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in physiotherapy education.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance student engagement and outcomes
* Lead a team of academic staff to deliver high-quality education programs
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain partnerships with employers and professional bodies
* Contribute to the development of the School's strategic plan and objectives

Requirements:

* Master's degree in an appropriate subject or a good Honors Degree and an appropriate professional qualification
* Teaching qualification or extensive experience of delivering professional and/or university education
* Proven leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
