IDEX Consulting is seeking a talented Paraplanning Expert to join our team. As an Advisory Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial planning and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing suitability reports, providing technical research services, and ensuring that client advice is delivered efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our Financial Planners to ensure that clients receive the best possible outcome.

1. Prepare suitability reports and provide technical research services to support Financial Planners
2. Ensure that client advice is delivered efficiently and effectively while mitigating risks
3. Support Financial Planners with client meetings and presentations
4. Work with Financial Planners to achieve client outcomes and attend client meetings as required
5. Communicate effectively with Financial Planners to manage delivery dates
6. Maintain core systems to ensure seamless advice delivery
7. Identify and report risks, breaches, or errors to ensure mitigation actions

We offer a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contribution, hybrid working model, generous holiday package, and option to purchase additional holiday.
