About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Sales Floor Support Team Member to join our team at NEXT for the Christmas period.

As a Sales Floor Support Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working on the sales floor to help customers find the perfect products, and supporting colleagues in other areas of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Offering fast and friendly service to customers at all times
  • Sharing knowledge and passion for our products with customers
  • Keeping the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from
  • Working in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Supporting and effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times

About You:

We are looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on busy days. You should be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job and be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers.

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.

This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in-store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those that match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
